Get in Touch

Questions about how the service works, your privacy choices, or something that looks broken? Send a note. A person reads it.

Before You Write

We're a lender-matching service, not a lender. That shapes what we can help with over email. We can explain how the request form works, walk you through your privacy and do-not-sell options, or fix something on the site.

What we can't do is approve or decline a request, change the terms of an offer, or look up an account you hold with a lender. If your question is about a payment, a balance, or a loan already in progress, the lender named on your paperwork is the right place to ask, and the quickest way to an answer.

  • Response time We aim to reply within one business day. Weekend messages get answered the next working day.
  • Your details stay yours Anything you send through this form is used only to answer you.
  • Approval questions We can't tell you whether you'll be approved. Only a lender can, and only after reviewing your request.

A Few Answers That Save an Email

Is there a phone number? Not for the matching service. Everything runs through this form so that every question gets a written answer you can keep. Lenders who make you an offer include their own phone and support details.

Can you remove my information? Yes. Tell us the email address you used on the request and we'll delete what we hold. Lenders who already received your request handle deletion under their own policies, so you may need to contact them as well.

I got a call from a lender I don't recognize. Requests go to the lenders and lending partners in our network, and consent to be contacted is part of the request. If you'd like that to stop, reply STOP to any text, ask to be removed on a call, or tell us here and we'll pass the opt-out along.

Do you work with affiliates? We do. If you arrived here from a partner site or an ad, that partner may be paid when a request is submitted. It doesn't change the offers you receive or what you pay a lender.
